Who Runs OCRO
Ocuuro founded OCRO Media in 2025 after spending years inside the meme page and creator ecosystem — first as a page operator, then on the brand side running placements. OCRO was built to fix what was broken about working with this kind of network: opaque pricing, no view verification, and no infrastructure for repeatable campaigns. Today OCRO connects brands directly to a vetted network of meme pages, clip channels, and content creators across 12 platforms, with view tracking handled through our proprietary dashboard and optional escrow payments through Escrow.com.
What We Believe
Most marketing budgets get burned on paid ads that nobody wants to watch. The auction is crowded, the creative is interruption-based, and the audience tunes it out. Meanwhile, the same audience spends hours a day on meme pages, clip accounts, and creator content — entirely outside the paid funnel.
OCRO's job is to bridge that gap. Not by inserting another ad slot into the feed, but by placing brands inside the content the audience already chose to watch — through logo placements, sound campaigns, clipping rotations, and UGC. - Transparent pricing. CPM-based pricing across every campaign type. No retainers, no minimum agency fees, no hidden margin layers.
- Optional escrow. For clients who want extra payment security, we support Escrow.com as a payment method. Funds release on confirmed delivery.
