Best music promotion services for TikTok and Reels: who can you pay to promote your song?

Get a quote See OCRO's music rate

You can pay five kinds of service to promote a song on TikTok and Instagram Reels, and each one buys something different. Creator marketplaces such as Sound.me, Playlist Push, SoundCampaign, Collabstr and SubmitHub pay creators to make videos with your song. Clipping platforms such as Content Rewards and Whop pay clippers per 1,000 views. Meme and edit page networks such as OCRO put your song under posts on established pages. TikTok Promote and ad tools such as Hypeddit boost a post you already made. Curator platforms such as SubmitHub, Groover and Musosoup buy playlist, blog and radio consideration rather than Reels.

OCRO places songs on meme pages and edit pages for $200 per million delivered views ($0.20 per thousand), and most campaigns go live within 24 to 48 hours. The right choice depends on whether you want a person on camera, clips of your footage, many uses of your sound, or playlist adds, so this page groups the options by fit rather than ranking them.

How we compiled this

Every competitor price below was taken from that company's own pricing, product or help pages on October 20, 2026, and is self-reported. Where a company does not publish a price, the cell says so rather than carrying an estimate. Sources are listed at the end.

OCRO is one of the services compared. Its figures are its published rates and network-wide figures as of September 2026. We have not ranked the services against each other, because they do not sell the same thing.

Who can I pay to post my song on Instagram Reels or TikTok?

First make sure the song is in each app's music library, which your distributor handles. Then you can pay creators to make videos with it, clippers to post clips of it, or meme and edit pages to use it as the audio on their posts.

Getting the song into the library is not a paid promotion step. CD Baby, for example, delivers music to Instagram's library when you opt into Facebook and Instagram monetization, and says to allow at least 30 days for it to appear; cover songs and public-domain recordings are not delivered. LANDR and other distributors do the same. Promotion services depend on this: Sound.me states that the song "must already be on Instagram" before a Reels campaign can run.

Once the song is selectable, these are the ways to pay for it to be used:

  • A creator films a video with it. Sound.me, Playlist Push, SoundCampaign, SubmitHub's influencer option, Collabstr and Songfluencer.
  • A clipper posts clips of it, paid per view. Content Rewards, Whop, and managed agencies such as Clipping Culture and Lumina.
  • Pages use it as the audio on their own posts. Meme and edit page networks such as OCRO.
  • You boost your own post. TikTok Promote, or ad tools such as Hypeddit.

Best for a creator filming a video with your song

Creator marketplaces suit a song that needs a person on camera: a dance, a lip-sync, a reaction or a story told over the track. You pay for the videos or for creator reviews, so views per dollar vary.

Sound.me

Sound.me runs campaigns on one platform at a time (TikTok, Reels or Shorts) over 72 hours, 7 days or 14 days, from a pool it puts at 3M+ creators. Budgets start at $250, with a $100 first campaign offered in the 48 hours after sign-up. For a worldwide 7-day TikTok campaign it projects about 211,000 views from about 38 videos at $250. On Reels, its team picks and approves the creators and watches each Reel before it is paid, and Reels stay up for at least 45 days. It states it does not guarantee views, streams or sales (self-reported).

Playlist Push

Playlist Push's TikTok campaigns start at $350 and draw on 3,300+ vetted TikTok creators. You can target the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, Australia or Brazil, add a video concept, and review, rate and approve each video. Its Spotify pitching starts at $280. Instagram and YouTube campaigns are listed as coming "soon", and it states that it does not offer guarantees (self-reported).

SoundCampaign

SoundCampaign lets you set a budget from $80 to $5,000+ and charges only for completed reviews, crediting you back when a curator or creator does not review. It cites 100,000+ vetted TikTok creators and runs Instagram campaigns in which hand-vetted creators post Reels and Stories, and you pay only for content you approve (self-reported).

Collabstr

Collabstr is a general creator marketplace of 1.3M+ vetted creators, including a Music & Dance category. Each creator lists a price, and Collabstr adds a 10% hiring fee on its free plan or 5% on its paid plan, with payments handled through escrow (self-reported). It suits an artist who wants to pick the exact creator rather than a pool.

SubmitHub influencers

SubmitHub's influencer option shares songs on TikTok, Reels and Shorts. You either set a budget and let it auto-select influencers, which comes with a guaranteed minimum of views and videos to hit within 30 days, or hand-pick influencers whose per-share prices are listed. Micro-influencer shares are typically $5 to $20, and competitive markets such as the US and UK cost more per 1,000 views (self-reported).

Songfluencer

Songfluencer matches songs with tastemaker creators on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. It does not publish prices; campaigns start from a form on its site.

Best for playlist, blog and radio consideration

Curator platforms buy a listen and a decision, not a Reel. They suit a release whose goal is streaming playlists, press or feedback, and they are a low-cost way to test a song on strangers.

SubmitHub

Premium credits start at $1 and average about $0.80 in bulk, and curators charge 1 to 5 credits each. SubmitHub suggests 5 to 10 curators for a first submission (self-reported).

Groover

Groover reaches 3,000+ curators and music professionals for about EUR 2 per contact, with top-tier contacts at EUR 4 to 6. Contacts have 7 days to respond, or you get the credits back (self-reported).

Musosoup

Musosoup reverses the model: submission is free, you pay a GBP 42 fee to activate your campaign once it is approved, and curators then approach you with paid or free offers. It refunds the fee if you receive no coverage (self-reported).

Best for clips of your footage, paid per view

Clipping suits an artist with footage worth watching: a music video, live sets or interview moments. You pay clippers for views on the clips you approve, usually up to a cap per clip.

Content Rewards and Whop

Content Rewards campaigns start at $1,000 and carry a 10% platform fee on delivered work. You can pay per 1,000 views, per post or on a retainer, every submission gets a bot likelihood score, and you approve each one (self-reported). Content Rewards also runs as an app inside Whop, where you set the budget, the reward per 1,000 views and minimum and maximum payouts, and approve or reject each submission.

Managed clipping agencies

Agencies cut your footage and run the clipper pool for you. Clipping Culture's calculator shows $15,000 for 10 million views, and Lumina says most artists start at $5,000 on a custom CPM (self-reported). The full format, and whether it is worth it, is covered in what a music clipping campaign is; brand-side agencies are compared in best clipping agencies.

Best for many uses of your sound at a fixed price per view: OCRO

Meme and edit page placement suits a finished song that needs volume of uses quickly, with no footage and no creator on camera. The pages post their usual content with your song as the audio.

OCRO's network is 1,000+ vetted creator pages (meme pages, clip channels and culture accounts) on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, with about 1.2 billion monthly views and a 63% US and UK audience. Pages are hand-selected for each campaign by niche, platform and audience geography, and a campaign can be restricted to one niche, such as gym, gaming or sports pages. A person reviews every post before it goes live, and views are screened for bot and fake activity.

The rate is $200 per million delivered views, billed on delivery, with edits of the song and concert clips available at a higher rate. Every campaign gets a dashboard link listing each post with its view, like and comment counts, and every campaign OCRO has run has closed at or above the view count it was booked for. There is no contractual minimum; the practical floor is about $200 for one million views. Published results include Tone Sinatra, who ordered 2.5 million views and reached 7.5 million after the content went viral, Auntie Boy at 3 million views in 11 days, and itscollective at 1 million in 3 days. How a campaign runs is on the OCRO music promotion page.

Best for boosting a post you already made

Ads buy paid reach toward an audience you choose, for a post that already exists. They work best on a video that is already performing.

TikTok Promote

TikTok Promote lets you pay to push one of your own videos toward more views, followers or website visits, with a budget and duration you set in the app. For context, Lumina cites Gupta Media's 2025 averages putting paid TikTok impressions at about $4.09 per 1,000.

Hypeddit

Hypeddit is a toolkit rather than a placement service: smart links and download gates on a free plan, with paid plans adding pre-saves and AI-built music ads for Spotify, YouTube and TikTok. It states that it adds no fees to your ad spend, which goes straight to the ad platforms (self-reported).

Which service fits your budget?

Under $100, curator credits and a small creator test are the realistic options. From about $200, per-view placement becomes possible, and clipping budgets start around $1,000.

  • Under $100: SubmitHub credits, a Groover campaign at about EUR 2 per contact, Musosoup's GBP 42 fee, or Sound.me's $100 first-campaign offer.
  • $200 to $500: OCRO's practical floor of about $200 for one million views ($500 buys about 2.5 million), Sound.me from $250, or Playlist Push TikTok from $350.
  • $1,000 and up: OCRO at about 5 million views per $1,000, a Content Rewards clipping campaign from $1,000, or a larger creator campaign.
  • $5,000 and up: managed clipping agencies such as Lumina, or Clipping Culture at $15,000.

For what each budget buys across formats, see how much TikTok music promotion costs, or model a quote with the CPM calculator.

What should you check before paying any of them?

Ask what unit you are paying for, how you will see each post, and what happens if the campaign falls short.

  • The unit. A video, a review, a share, a view or an impression are different purchases. Convert every quote to cost per 1,000 views you can expect.
  • Per-post links. A campaign total cannot be checked; a list of posts with their counts can.
  • Approval. Can you approve creators or posts, and is a person checking fit before anything goes live?
  • Shortfalls. Ask what happens if views or reviews come in below the estimate, and get the answer in writing.
  • Stream promises. Be wary of anyone selling a fixed number of streams. Every legitimate service here sells exposure or consideration, and the streams depend on the song.

Who this suits

Curator platforms suit an artist testing a new song cheaply or chasing playlists. Creator marketplaces suit a song built for a dance, lip-sync or reaction. Clipping suits an artist or label with strong footage. Ads suit a post that is already working. Meme and edit page placement through OCRO suits a finished song that needs many uses of its sound quickly, from the track alone, at a per-view price known before paying. Many releases combine two of these.

Common questions

Who can I pay to post my song on Instagram Reels?

Creator marketplaces such as Sound.me, SoundCampaign, Collabstr and SubmitHub pay creators to post Reels with your song, and meme page networks such as OCRO place it as the audio on posts across many pages. Your song must already be in Instagram's music library through your distributor.

What is the best music promotion service?

It depends on what you want to buy. SubmitHub and Groover suit cheap curator feedback, Sound.me and Playlist Push suit creator videos, Content Rewards suits clipping, and OCRO suits sound placement on meme and edit pages at $200 per million delivered views.

How much does it cost to promote a song on TikTok?

Published entry points range from about $1 per SubmitHub credit to $250 at Sound.me, $350 at Playlist Push and $1,000 for a Content Rewards clipping campaign. OCRO's practical floor is about $200 for one million views.

Will paid promotion increase my streams?

It can, but nobody can promise it. Services sell exposure, reviews or views, and streams depend on how listeners respond to the song. Note your streams before the campaign so you can compare.

Do I need to distribute my song before promoting it on Reels or TikTok?

Yes. Promotion services need the song to be selectable in the app's music library, which your distributor arranges. CD Baby says to allow at least 30 days after opting into Facebook and Instagram monetization.

Are these services ranked?

No. They buy different things, so this page groups them by fit. Every competitor figure is self-reported and was checked on October 20, 2026, and OCRO is one of the services compared.
