Memecoin marketing agency for meme page distribution

OCRO is a memecoin marketing agency for one layer of a launch: putting the coin's logo, ticker and clips in front of short-form audiences through 1,000+ vetted meme and clip pages on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Logo campaigns cost $250 per million delivered views and clipping campaigns $2,500 per million. We are not a full-stack crypto agency, and this page says plainly what we do not do.

If you are planning a meme coin launch or a push after one, this page covers what memecoin marketing agencies usually sell, where meme page distribution fits, what OCRO runs and costs, the risk and disclosure points, and how to choose a vendor.

What does a memecoin marketing agency do?

Most memecoin marketing agencies sell a launch bundle: paid KOL posts on X, Telegram and X community management, meme and narrative creation, press, listing outreach and launch strategy. OCRO covers one part of that bundle, and the table shows which.

If you want one retainer that covers everything above, OCRO is the wrong choice on its own. Full-stack agencies such as Coinbound publish KOL and community work that OCRO does not do. Many projects hire one of them for X and Telegram and use OCRO for the short-form layer.

Where does meme page distribution fit in a memecoin launch?

X and Telegram reach people who already follow crypto. Meme and clip pages on TikTok, Reels and Shorts reach a much wider audience that is not in your Telegram yet, and that is the gap a logo or clipping campaign fills.

A KOL post borrows one person's credibility for one moment. A meme page campaign does something different: it puts the same logo or ticker in front of viewers again and again, across many pages, inside posts they were already watching. Recognition builds through repetition, which is why the two work well together rather than as substitutes. The difference is covered in more depth in how crypto projects use KOLs and creator networks.

Even agencies that sell KOL work make the case for short-form clipping early in a launch. kolhq, which ranks itself first in its own 2026 list of memecoin agencies, argues that clipping suits early-stage memecoin launches. For how coins actually spread once attention starts, see how memecoins go viral on social media.

What does OCRO run for memecoin projects?

Two campaign types: logo campaigns that put the coin's logo or ticker inside normal posts, and clipping campaigns that distribute clips built from your own footage. Both run on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

  • Logo campaign, $250 per million views. The coin's logo or ticker on screen inside the pages' usual posts. It builds recognition and does not need any video from you. Details on the logo clipping campaigns page.
  • Clipping campaign, $2,500 per million views. Short clips built from footage you supply, such as a launch video, a founder Spaces recording or community highlights. It can carry a message where a logo cannot. See clipping campaigns for brands.
  • Niche restriction. A campaign can be limited to one kind of page, for example crypto, finance or meme pages only. Niche-restricted campaigns are quoted individually.
  • Audience geography. Pages are hand-selected for each campaign by niche, platform and audience geography. Across the whole network, 63% of the audience is in the US or UK, out of about 1.2 billion monthly views (network-wide figures, September 2026).

How much does memecoin marketing cost?

With OCRO, $250 per million delivered views for a logo campaign and $2,500 per million for a clipping campaign. $500 buys about 2 million logo views or 200,000 clipping views. $1,000 buys about 4 million or 400,000. There is no contractual minimum. Campaigns below about 1 million views rarely give a readable signal, so the practical floor is about $250 for logo and $2,500 for clipping.

Full-stack agencies usually price by package or monthly retainer, and many do not publish a price at all. The figures below are what each source states, checked on 29 September 2026.

How does a memecoin campaign run with OCRO?

Brief, page selection, human review, live within 24 to 48 hours of brief approval, then a per-post dashboard and billing on delivered views.

  1. Brief. The logo or ticker, footage if it is a clipping campaign, the niches and markets you want, what must never appear, and how the paid relationship will be labelled.
  2. Page selection. Pages are hand-selected for the campaign from a network vetted for audience quality, posting cadence and brand safety.
  3. Review. A person reviews every post before it goes live.
  4. Go live. Most campaigns go live within 24 to 48 hours of brief approval. If you are timing around a launch, brief a few days before the window you want to cover.
  5. Reporting. Your campaign gets its own dashboard link listing every post with its view, like and comment counts, pulled from the platforms.
  6. Billing and payment. Billing follows delivered views. Payment is by crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT and others), PayPal, CashApp or bank transfer. Escrow.com is optional and releases funds only after delivery is confirmed.

What results can OCRO show?

OCRO has no named memecoin case study cleared for publication. The closest delivered figures come from a logo campaign and a niche-restricted campaign. Both are delivered numbers from the OCRO dashboard.

  • Clipmax (SaaS, logo placement): 15M+ views in 10 days, with a 33% increase in sign-ups over the campaign.
  • Coinplay (a sports-pages-only campaign): 5M+ views in one month.

Every campaign OCRO has run has closed at or above the view count it was booked for. Views are not holders, and nothing about a view count predicts what a token's price will do. The full write-ups are in OCRO's campaign case studies.

What OCRO does not do

No KOL rounds. No Telegram or X community management, raids or coordinated reply campaigns. No distribution on X or Telegram. No press, listing outreach, market making or volume services. No promises about price, trending or listings.

If a campaign needs any of those, hire a specialist for that part. OCRO will still quote the short-form layer.

Risk, disclosure and compliance

Paid promotion of a memecoin should be disclosed, and posts should carry no price predictions or return claims. The rules differ by market, so treat the points below as a starting checklist, not legal advice.

  • Disclose the paid relationship. The US Federal Trade Commission's guidance for creators says to disclose any financial relationship with a brand, and that for video the disclosure should be in the video itself, not only in the description.
  • Keep price talk out of the brief. No price targets, no "next 100x", no return claims. They create legal risk for the project and for the pages that post them.
  • Securities status is not settled by a label. A February 2025 SEC staff statement took the view that typical meme coins are not securities. The same statement says it does not cover products labelled meme coins to evade securities law, that fraud can still be pursued under other laws, and that it has no legal force.
  • The UK has its own rules. The FCA's 2024 guidance on financial promotions on social media says promotions must be fair, clear and not misleading, and warns that unauthorised people, including influencers, who promote regulated financial products may be committing a criminal offence. Whether your promotion is in scope is a question for your lawyer.

How do you choose a memecoin marketing agency?

Ask for per-post data, a published price and a list of what the agency will not do. Walk away from anyone who promises a price, a trend or a listing.

  • Per-post data, not a total. A list of posts can be opened and checked. A single campaign total cannot.
  • A price you can see before the call. Rate per million views, package price or retainer, in writing.
  • A clear scope. Which services are included, and which are not. Bundles hide the cost of the parts you do not need.
  • No pump promises. Coinbound, one of the agencies ranking for this term, says on its own page that it does not promise listings, price targets or virality. That is the right standard for any vendor, OCRO included.
  • How views and engagement are counted. Ask where the numbers come from and whether you can check them on the live posts.
  • Who handles disclosure. Agree it in the brief.
  • Payment protection on a first order. Escrow is reasonable to ask for with any new vendor.

Who is this right for?

A good fit if your coin has a recognizable logo or ticker, you want short-form reach beyond crypto X and Telegram, you have or will have someone handling community and KOLs, and you want a fixed cost per thousand views agreed before anything runs.

Not a good fit if you want one agency to run everything, you need X or Telegram activity, or you are still deciding the concept. In those cases start with a full-stack agency or with the top memecoin marketing strategies.

Common questions

What does a memecoin marketing agency do?

Most sell a launch bundle: KOL posts on X, Telegram and X community management, meme and narrative creation, press, listing outreach and launch strategy. OCRO covers one part of that: logo and clip distribution across meme and clip pages on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

How much does memecoin marketing cost with OCRO?

Logo campaigns cost $250 per million delivered views and clipping campaigns $2,500 per million. $1,000 buys about 4 million logo views or 400,000 clipping views. There is no contractual minimum.

Can you guarantee our coin will pump, trend or get listed?

No. OCRO sells delivered views on meme and clip pages. It does not promise price movement, trending placement or exchange listings, and no marketing vendor can honestly promise them.

Do you run KOL campaigns or Telegram raids?

No. OCRO does not run KOL rounds, Telegram or X community management, raids or coordinated reply campaigns. If you need those, hire a KOL or community agency and use OCRO for short-form distribution alongside it.

Which platforms do memecoin campaigns run on?

TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. OCRO does not distribute on X or Telegram.

Can a campaign run before or around a token launch?

Yes. A logo campaign only needs the coin's logo or ticker and a brief. Most campaigns go live within 24 to 48 hours of brief approval, so brief a few days before the window you want to cover.

Can we pay in crypto?

Yes. OCRO accepts BTC, ETH, USDT and other crypto, as well as PayPal, CashApp or bank transfer. Escrow.com is optional and releases funds only after delivery is confirmed.

Does paid meme page promotion need to be disclosed?

It should be. US FTC guidance says creators should disclose a financial relationship with a brand, and for video the disclosure should be in the video itself, not only in the description. Agree how the paid relationship is labelled in the brief, and take legal advice for each market.
